Sean brings more than three decades of experience building and growing businesses to Cloud 9. He has a lifelong passion for sports, spa and therapeutic services, nutrition, technology, cooking, and overall health and wellness. He began his career with a decade in the high-tech industry at Intel, and has since spent more than 25 years founding and leading companies, where he discovered his entrepreneurial calling. Throughout his career, his passion for helping others has led him to consult with dozens of businesses navigating startup, growth, and exit phases.

Joining Cloud 9 at a pivotal stage in its development, Sean leverages his experience to support the continued growth of both the team and the company. He is committed to guiding the company’s expansion in a thoughtful, sustainable way while preserving the culture and core values that have made Cloud 9 such a distinctive and valued part of the community.

NICK GREATHOUSE MSN, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner / Clinical Director

Recognizing the need for specialized knowledge in the dynamic field of medical aesthetics, Nick pursued advanced industry-specific education. His quest for excellence extended beyond clinical practice, as he spent several years as a national trainer for the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. In this role, Nick shared his expertise, teaching healthcare professionals, including Doctors, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, about the clinical application of Botulinum Toxins and Dermal fillers for therapeutic and cosmetic purposes.

Nick’s passion for teaching is not confined to training sessions alone. He actively engages with the professional community by speaking at conferences and contributing to the collective knowledge in the field. As a proud member of the Arizona Injector Society and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Nick remains dedicated to advancing the standards of practice and fostering collaboration among practitioners globally.

Nick’s greatest passion lies in inspiring others to reach their highest potential in their chosen fields. Whether through patient care, training sessions, or community engagement, he strives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Casey kakar, RN

Nurse Injector

Casey is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of diverse nursing experience across a variety of healthcare settings. Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for patient education, personalized care, and helping individuals feel confident in their health and wellness journey.

With a strong clinical background and a commitment to excellence, Casey brings a patient-centered approach to aesthetic medicine, focusing on safety, education, and natural-looking results. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with her clients and helping them achieve their aesthetic goals while feeling comfortable and cared for every step of the way.

Outside of the med spa, Casey is married to her husband of 15 years and the proud mother of four daughters. She enjoys making memories with her family, whether it’s visiting Disneyland, spending time at the beach, or serving on mission trips. Her heart for helping others extends beyond her nursing career and into her community and faith-based outreach efforts.

Casey is excited to combine her clinical expertise and passion for helping others look and feel their best as part of the med spa team.

Monic Belloc, the dedicated Operations Manager at Cloud 9 MedSpa. With a deep-rooted love for skincare and a meticulous approach to management, Monic ensures our spa operates at peak efficiency, delivering unparalleled experiences to every guest.

Administrative Assistant

Jackie is here to ensure your journey to a healthier you is as smooth and supportive as possible. As our experienced Administrative Assistant, she plays a crucial role in assisting patients throughout their medical weight loss experience.

FRANCES

E-Service Representative

Frances works as our E-Service Representative in our Operations Department and works to ensure patients are scheduled in a timely manner, learn about current promotions, and have a seamless experience from start to finish. You will occasionally see her in our clinic helping when needed.

PRISCILLA

Front Desk Receptionist

Priscilla is our front desk receptionist and your welcoming first point of contact at Cloud 9 MedSpa. She is dedicated to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, prioritizing your comfort and satisfaction. Priscilla ensures seamless appointment scheduling and is always ready to address any questions or concerns you may have.

SUSAN

Accounting/ HR Specialist

Susan works in our Operations Department and specializes in HR/Accounting. Susan started as Front Office Support staff and uses that experience to promote great working relationships within our team.

ABIGAIL

Graphic Design / Marketing Lead

Abigail is a Digital Media Arts graduate with a focus on Graphic Design, currently serving as the Creative Marketing & Design lead at Cloud 9 MedSpa. With a passion for both design and marketing, Abigail helps bring the medspa’s vision to life through captivating visuals, engaging content, and strategic digital campaigns.
