CLINIC POLICIES

At Cloud 9 MedSpa, we truly value the time and commitment of both our patients and providers. We believe in providing the best possible experience for every patient who walks through our doors. That’s why we’ve implemented a number of policies aimed at ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care possible. These policies are designed to help us maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all of our patients. We believe that by doing so, we can help each and every one of our patients achieve their aesthetic goals and leave our medspa feeling confident, refreshed, and rejuvenated.


PAYMENT POLICY
Kindly note that payment is expected to be made at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, Cherry, and Care Credit. Please note that we are not affiliated with any insurance companies at the moment. All appointments can be scheduled online, or by calling our office. Our system mandates that all patients maintain an active card on file at all times. To verify the account, a temporary $0.50 authorization hold will be placed on your card.


SCHEDULING/CANCELATION POLICY:
Schedule appointments at least 48-72 hours before any special event where appearance is a factor to avoid any inconvenience. It is essential to note that clinical treatments that involve extractions may cause redness and/or sensitivity. As a courtesy, we kindly request that you provide us with a notice at least 24 hours in advance, in case you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. By booking, you authorize our business to charge your credit card a cancellation or rescheduling fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value, with a minimum of $50.00, if you fail to show up without proper notification, except in emergencies. Please note that if you use a package or membership redemption and cancel or miss your appointment, you will forfeit that specific treatment if the cancellation fee is not paid.


SALES/ PACKAGES POLICY
We kindly inform our esteemed patients that all sales are final and non-refundable. Instead, the patient’s account can be credited with the dollar value of the services, which can be redeemed at Cloud 9 MedSpa at a later date. It is essential to note that all laser packages comprising six treatments must be completed within one year of the date of purchase. Furthermore, all other sales, wallet credits or promotions must be utilized within six months of the purchase date. Please note that product purchases are non-refundable, except for special circumstances such as defective products that will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Since popular times fill up quickly, we encourage you to book your appointments in advance to ensure you get the day and time you want. This guarantees that our patients value our time together. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients. Thank you for your understanding!

Services that are pre-purchased cannot be refunded. Rather, the dollar value of the services will be credited to the patient and can be redeemed at Cloud 9 MedSpa at a later date. All laser packages consisting of 6 treatments must be completed within one year of the date of purchase. All other sales or promotions must be rendered within 6 months of the date of purchase.
